towards the publication of the School book. The loan has now been repaid. HKVS
insurance is due at the end of the year/early January.
Seniors Outing: 8th

fellow artistes will give another concert in the church in December. Possible
dates are 12th or 19th.
Village Walk on 1st. January. It was undecided whether to
hold this walk on New Year’s Day or on Sunday 2nd January.
Murder Mystery in the spring. A suggestion was
made that this could be held in the village hall, as we have no entertainment
planned until autumn 2005 after the January event.
The next issue should be ready for distribution at the end of November.

The donation list is quite small. We need to enrol more people to make annual payments. A little tidying up has been done in the churchyard.
David attended a meeting at the church. The church now has enough money
to start preliminaries to the whole redecoration. Linda Green is to compile a
list of jobs to be done, which is called a faculty and holds a 2 year lifespan.
The basic work may start in the spring, so that the actual interior
redecoration will be ready to go ahead in autumn 2005. There is also some
concern with the original underfloor heating system, which is no longer in use,
but could cause damp related problems. One of the exterior walls is also in
need of attention.
Nothing to report.
No interest has been shown in discussing
joint events. A sub-committee will try once more to set up a meeting. AP.
