Text Box: ANNIE GOES TREKKING - OCTOBER 2008

This is an expedition to Thailand where I’ll be spending 6 days trekking through mountains and Jungle, camping with animals, insects and reptiles. Wading through rivers inhabited with things that I don’t even want to think about and probably being eaten rather than eating.
This is a challenge I am undertaking for the ‘Ellenor Hospice at Home’, the charity that supported my husband Colin and me in ensuring he got his wish to die at home.
I have been and will continue to fundraise through various events and have so far raised over £900 of the target £2500. You may not know me but remember this could happen to you or someone you love. Hospice care is provided completely free of charge and is open to all. However, the fact is that the majority of the funding is dependent on charitable fundraising. All donations should be sent to me, Annie Baker at:
