Horton Kirby Village Society David Crowhurst 863205
The Village Fayre on 11 June was a great success, with many people coming along and enjoying themselves, in spite of it getting cold later in the
afternoon. Our sincere thanks go to all the helpers before, during and after the fayre, which made it all possible. It was a huge but rewarding effort!
The grass cutting in the churchyard is paid for by donations via the Village Society, which organises the work. If you would like to 'sponsor' a cut, the cost is £15.00. Payments should be given to our treasurer, Richard Costley (862806). Also, on the first Saturday morning of each summer month, a gardening session takes place in the churchyard and volunteers would be welcome. Please come along. The next sessions are on 2 July, 6 August and 3 September.

re-decoration.
8 July - Garden Safari: annual visit to gardens in Horton Kirby. Tickets £3.00 - contact Kerry Pitcher 864451 or David Crowhurst.
19 August - Quiz in Village Hall. Contact David Crowhurst
26 June & 21 August - Village Walk; leaving Westminster Fields at 11.00.
23 August - Family Outing to Camber Sands. Contact Anita Cockrill 865021.
7 September - Seniors Outing to Brighton. Contact Anita Cockrill.
25 September - Adriano Graziano & friends - concert in St. Mary's just after the flower festival, but it is hoped the flowers will still be in the Church. Contact Stephen Allport 862782 or David Crowhurst 863205.
