Horton Kirby and South Darenth Parish Council has nine elected members. It meets once a month on the 1st Monday at 7.30pm in the Village Hall (usually in the parish room). Decisions of the council are recorded in the minutes. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
The parish clerk, Carol Allart is an employee of the council and works from the parish office in the village hall. Her office hours are 9.30am - 11.30am on weekdays.

Abandoned Vehicles

If you want to report an abandoned, untaxed vehicle on the public highway call Sevenoaks District Council on 01732 227000. SDC will want to know registration plate number, make and colour of car and what damage there is so be prepared with this before you ring.
