THE VALLEY PLAYERS

The Valley Players are a small friendly group who enjoy producing and performing a broad range of plays including comedies, dramas and thrillers. The membership includes set builders, lighting, sound and special effects people, actors and directors who are from every walk of life.

We perform two plays a year, one in spring the other in winter. Each production runs for three nights, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The plays are performed at Horton Kirby Village Hall in the Kentish countryside. The group has remained true to the traditional English village format performing a wide range of entertaining plays using impressive sets and experienced actors.

The proceeds from the plays are donated to Cancer Research UK. The Valley Players was formed in 1949 and has performed 108 plays over the past 58 years.

Tickets cost just £5 and can be obtained directly from the players, via telephone on 01474 874260 or email at tickets@valleyplayers.org.uk, they are also available on the door.
